“I visited on Labor Day, and as expected, it was extremely busy. Despite the large crowds, I was impressed with how helpful and attentive the staff were. They remained friendly and willing to assist even with so many customers in the store except for one gentleman who seemed to be annoyed because we were checking the t-shirts.
There were some really good discounts throughout the store, and the selection was great with plenty of items to choose from.
Parking was difficult to find, but that could simply have been because I visited on the Labor Day holiday when the entire outlet was especially busy.
Overall, I had a very positive shopping experience. Great deals, helpful staff, and a good selection. I would definitely shop here again.”
“When one thinks of fashion the definition is widely known to fluctuate in terms of region, history, personality, function, style and life lived which at least in my case has caused quite the wardrobe malfunction if you will. Industry professionals throughout history have mastered the art of guiding clients through the wide world of fashion as stewards of true community and art. Sadly this lost art has become a rare skill to find in todays world of retail shopping and as online shopping has taken a hold coupled with AI’s computationally cold view of humanity and recommendations based upon profit driven formulas we stand on the brink of losing these stewards all together. Though hope shines through for the world of retail fashion as true heroes carry the torch to keep the flame alive for us all. I can say in true confidence after today’s experience that Patrick B. is one of these rare souls. In almost 40 years of retail shopping never have I had such a pleasurable experience. The attention and care coupled with guidance and professionalism of a level seen only in movies is what Patrick delivered. Here is a man who chooses to go the extra mile with love and care. Whenever I shop from now on I will remember this kind soul whose passion reignited a spark in myself for feeling good about what I wear which is something AI and online shopping will never deliver. If anyone from Robert Graham Corporate has a lick of sense they will hold onto this man for dear life while celebrating his accomplishments big and small. If only there was a way for Patrick to teach future generations I would dare say there is hope for us all in the future. Thank You Patrick. You sir are a true one.”
“Everyone in this store is so friendly and inviting. The other stores make you wait online and are fresh. Here the security guard opens the door for you, welcomes you, and will even help you pull items if the sales associates (who are so friendly and adorable) are busy. There’s always at least one really good item you’ll like and be thrilled to have found.”
“The store was moved next to the crocs store and Nike outlet. I went yesterday and the guys who work there were very helpful. They helped me find the perfect jeans after almost two hours of searching.”
“Plenty of store and food options! They have options like Steve Madden and Lululemon, but they also have Gucci and Prada. They have options for the entire family, so adults and babies can leave with something. It's outside, so be prepared for that. Be sure to take a pic at the I NY sign they have. It's a cute photo op.”
“yes Cute Store featuring all current trends geared towards teen & young adults. Found prices to be slightly high but appropriate for neighborhood. Sales Associates were professional & helpful. I witnessed them call another store to find a specific item for a customer and I appreciate the effort. Waiting to see how the items I purchased hold up to wash & wear as I was not familiar with a majority of their brands. Parking is plentiful & located in front of store. This boutique is easy to miss as it is small & in the back corner of shopping center. Absolutely worth checking out!”

Not only did they get creative and helped picked out pieces that I wouldnt even thought of, they were precise with detail, understood my needs and wants, and treated me like a close friend even though just meeting today.
