The item is perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful. The black box came in perfect condition. The only thing was the blue Tiffany and co box came with a few black marks all over the box so I don’t know if that was due to shipping or something else. But everything else was perfect.”

“had such a great shopping experience here. My friend had just got a rolex so we stopped in looking to get a very specific rolex and when they didn't have it we started window shopping. The staff was very friendly, helpful. I saw a pair of diamond stud earrings I loved but was uncertain about the size and getting a big purchase so spontaneously. They brought out a bunch to compare sizes, offered us drinks and they cleaned my wedding ring while I was looking. I ended up coming back the next day to get the earrings and they were so kind the day before when I didn't buy them and were so friendly to my pup who came with me. Great spot!”

“scottie & paul handle business like no other shop i’ve come across. Prior to walking into westbury gold buyers i went to a shop right next to them & immediately was told to take my hands out of my pockets & to remove my hat that they felt nervous about me and my older brother being in the shop (wont make it a racial thing being that we are hispanic buuuut i wont say it wasnt racist since we were the only people of color in the shop?) IMMEDIATELY left the store and went to WESTBURY GOLD BUYERS where Scottie made us feel like we belonged, made jokes got to know us & made sure to answer all of our questions with ease.i brought in 2 fake broken chains & a real gold rope broken chain where he EASILY knew which was fake and which was real. which made my decision todo business there that much easier. He told me that the rope chain would be difficult to fix but not impossible he also warned me that there will be a possibility that the repair will be noticeable when i came to pick it up. When i came to pick it up it really looked like they went and bought a brand new chain because i couldnt notice the repair & on top of that he polished it for an unbeatable price. not to mention we’re both from the inner city so we clicked no questions asked. 10/10 review. they held my chain for almost a month because i went to texas and forgot they had it but made sure to remind me that they had it.i will DEFINITELY be coming back to them .shoutout to WGB for just an amazing experience & better prices ?”

“I went to Jumping Jack today to change my watch battery. I used to work at a department store selling watches, so I never needed this service before. I checked online and saw the reviews and the location is near me, so I decided to try it. So glad I did. I paid $5 for the new battery, and the person, Igor, is very friendly and nice. He is a people-person. It truly is a watch specialist store, they mostly sell watches of all different kinds and do repairs on watches, so I will be back for all my time-keeping needs.”
