“I had a problem with the address change for months because it was an error in the system. The consumer banker Muhammad M. Haidar spent hours on the phone with the Chase Tech people to fix the isssue. They put him on hold, had him fill out a form and fax it. He was basically jumping through 20 hoops to fix the issue. He went that extra mile for me and in the end, the problem was solved. Next time you come to this bank, I recommend going to him the next time you need some bank accounts opened. “i came to this santander bank branch location in east elmhurst cause the great customer service rep that use to work at the broadway branch is now here and she is the best when it comes to international transfers . its a basic bank with atms , full teller service and customer service section which is just tandy with me cause i need my banking to be simple and fast. share outdoor parking with other shops in a small stripmall . miss l took care of my business in less then 10 minute's and the extra 15 minute drive from the broadway location is well worth it .”
