“I had a problem with the address change for months because it was an error in the system. The consumer banker Muhammad M. Haidar spent hours on the phone with the Chase Tech people to fix the isssue. They put him on hold, had him fill out a form and fax it. He was basically jumping through 20 hoops to fix the issue. He went that extra mile for me and in the end, the problem was solved. Next time you come to this bank, I recommend going to him the next time you need some bank accounts opened. He will take care of any issues and always go that extra mile for any customer. You could call him directly at 718-476-6600 or email him [email protected]”

“It's a bank it doesn't have to give you any service but taking out money and depositing I don't know why people waste their time if they aren't being helped just go somewhere else nobody cares about how you feel offended”
