“I am writing this review to let everyone know about this Flagstar Bank branch in Woodside. It is a neighborhood bank with a warm, family-oriented, old-fashioned feel that is very hard to find nowadays. It is a small, cozy, quiet, and welcoming branch that is rarely too crowded.

The entire staff is exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. The manager, Kamal, is especially kind, accommodating, and attentive. He always goes out of his way to make me feel at home, as well as all of his other customers. Here, the customer truly comes first, which is extremely rare these days.

The location is also very convenient: it is next to a shopping center and medical offices, and the Q60 bus stops right near the bank.

I give this branch, its entire staff, and especially its manager, Kamal, my highest recommendation. If you visit this branch, I recommend asking for Kamal; you can tell him that Mark recommended the branch in his review.”
