“Rental experience at LaGuardia Airport was smooth and uncomplicated Grabbed our bags, exited the sliding doors by the escalators, to an awaiting shuttle. Short shuttle ride to rental site where we were instructed to choose any car in the designated row. Checked out at the exit booth and then we were on our way. Definitely recommend based on this experience.”

“I have rented from this National location dozens of times throughout the years. I always have a positive experience.
It isn't the largest location, but at least they try and keep the Executive selection somewhat interesting.
Pickup trucks, full-size suvs, minivans, convertibles, you name it- they put it in the Executive Aisle!
Many brand new vehicles that they first infleet at this location.
On multiple occasions I was able to find vehicles with single digits on the odometer, which means I was the very first renter! And there is no better feel than a brand new, fresh off-the-truck vehicle.
I also do love the fact that they mix in some luxury/premium models in the Executive Aisle.
I once snatched a brand new Mercedes GLS with 8(!) Miles! ?
And if that's not enough, there's the Premier Selection, too.
Overall, great job!

I did however had an issue with the phone customer service who booked a SUV for me but the reception told me the helpline gave wrong information and I cannot book SUV for driving to Canada. The team however provided me with a minivan which was even better.”

“Overall just another car rental place that is trying to lure customers by providing a good daly rate. Cutting cost for customers. So many 1 star reviews but once you read them, unfortunately it reads, you got what you paid for. No limos is waiting outside airport doors, no greater with a glass of sparkling either. But you do get a $30 a day decent car. I was trying to rent a minivan and they did not have one. Jack, i think, at the JFK location was courteous and patient. He showed different car options available and checked other Drivo locations to help out. As a company, corporate, there are some improvements that can and should be made. Staff gets to deal with all the company shortcomings and customer complaints in real time and they do a great job, but i am sure that it may be stressful to deal with complaints and frustrating customers.”
“My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”
“Rented with Enterprise in Naples for eight days, then again in New York for one. Two different states, two different trips, same smooth experience. Naples handed me the keys like they’d been expecting me all year, and New York got me in and out faster than a Midtown cab changes lanes.

“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

“I recently had an experience with Enterprise that left me with mixed feelings. A day before my reservation, Adrian called to let me know that I should expect a wait due to limited inventory. While I appreciated the heads-up, I still don’t understand why customers are able to make reservations when the location doesn’t actually have cars available.
Despite this frustrating situation, Adrian provided outstanding customer service. He handled the issue professionally, treating each customer with patience and respect. Even though I had to wait four hours for my rental, Adrian remained courteous, kept me updated, and did everything he could to assist.
While Enterprise needs to improve its inventory management and reservation system, Adrian’s exceptional service made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I was very pleased with the service I received from him. Enterprise is really lucky to have you . Thank you, Adrian!”
