“I wanna start off by saying, I regret not choosing these guys first. It would have honestly saved me from the drama and added expense.This review starts with a negative experience from another moving company. We originally choose a moving company that a friend suggested. They had a lot of negative reviews, but I foolishly thought that the small amount of negative reviews couldn't be that bad. It was worse then I could have ever imagined.

TLDR: The first moving company flaked out on us the day of the move which also happened to be the day before the house closed. They came up with a wild excuse as to why they wouldn't do the job and then just dropped everything and left.

Understandablely, My family and I were freaking out. That's when I reached out once again to Expo Movers and spoke to Ivan. I explained what happened and the tight situation we were in. He assured me that they would help us and to be honest I can't imagine how tirelessly this man could have worked, because the very next day he had a team out to my mom's house and without any complaints, they packed up everything in my mom's house as well as a pod at a pods storage facility. My mom and sister complimented on how fast and professional the men were, a striking contrast to the day before.

Now it's important to point out that all of this happened on Thursday Aug 6th of this year. The move was from New York to Arizona. The moving truck arrived in Arizona on August 8th, later in the afternoon. I'm still shocked by how quickly they arrived. Another important thing to add is that we didn't have a shared truck. It was one truck for all of my family's stuff.

It turned out that on the way to Arizona, there was an emergency with one of the other drivers and that driver had to fly home. The other driver continued to Arizona where he'd end up unloading the entire truck all by his self.

All the while communication was wide open with Ivan. I can't remember if Ivan was the supervisor or a sales associate, but regardless I can never thank him and the rest of his team nearly as much as I already have. This company was quite literally the answer to my prayers in a moment I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars. They truly did go above and beyond. Thank you so much again Ivan, and the rest of the team.

P.s. I'm not really going to discuss the cost. Understandablely it ended up costing a bit more than what were originally charged, but considering that Ivan had to plan all of this the day before his man came, he legitimately pulled off a miracle. Now to be honest it would have cost less in a sense to go with Expo Movers to begin with. The moving company that flaked on us was $5000 cheaper than Expo. In comparison, other moving companies were more expensive. Moral of the story...stick with Expo Movers. They are absolutely worth it.”

“We got a notification the day before pickup that they had moved our reservation to another location! We were really stressed about it but luckily they were ready for us at the new location and everyone we interacted with was so nice. Special shout out to David who did an excellent job of getting us all checked in, getting the trailer hooked up, and for helping us safely on our way. We were a bit stressed that day but David was just so kind hearted and wonderful he helped start our moving day (and our subsequent 20 hour drive!) on a much brighter note. Thank you, David!”
