“BEST service in NY. I've used romanian shipping companies for decades ever since Doina & Laurent existed (if anyone remembers) but this APlus Shipping in Woodside is the absolute Oscar winner for me. I found them maybe 5-6 years ago and I am at awe ever since, I recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. PERFECT service, incredibly fast, always on time, they only do shipping by plane, also the office in Bucharest is very professional. I have nothing but praises for them, may they stay in business forever ! Thank you for your service !”

“I contacted Macro International Cargo in December in order to mail a balikbayan box to friends in The Philippines. When I called, the manager got back to me in an hour, and was kind, informative, and helpful. The shipping costs and ship times are quite reasonable. It was my first time to their location, so the manager told me where I could park, and even offered to bring the invoice to my car.”

“Been a long time customer with NY Sea Shipping, very friendly people and the people who pick up the packages are the nicest people I've ever met. They make sure your boxes will arrive on time to your preferred destination, never have they lost a package of mine. Highly would recommend this company over and over again to people.”

“Customer service is Remarkable at this Staples location! I called inquiring about a product and was efficiently assisted by “Pearl” who found the item and explained the details of the item. She was exceptionally professional. When I went to the store to pick up this item, I was standing in line and noticed a gentleman had purchased a very large item.. The Staples employee at the register, saw him struggling and asked him if she could get a shopping cart for him. It was Pearl! The gentleman declined, but it was so nice to witness kindness in this manner. This is my favorite store and I am here frequently… If the Customer Service experience was unacceptable I would not be returning. Fantastic job Pearl! Keep up the good work!”

“This Staples has plenty of parking, a very spacious store, and a great selection of office supplies. It’s also convenient to have UPS shipping services and an Amazon pickup/return counter all in one location. The main downside is that there seems to be only one checkout counter, and the Amazon returns, online order pickup, and checkout are all handled in the same area. During busy hours, the line can get extremely long, and even a simple return or pickup can take quite a while. It would be great if the store could add another checkout or dedicated service counter, or separate these services to improve the customer experience.”

“I used LBC for a balikbayan box back in December. Pickup was straightforward. They give you a date and a range of time when they will pick up. The driver calls before they get to your house. It took 3 months to arrive in the Philippines by Sea.”

“I have been going to this post office for the last fifteen years. They have always been very helpful and polite and will do anything possible to accommodate you which is even more impressive taking into consideration they are serving one of the busiest locations in Queens. I recommend them fully, I've never had an issue they couldn't resolve quickly efficiently and in the most civil and friendly manner.”
