“This Trade Fair is a must-visit, for it offers a sublime encounter with the Truly Real. Many urban grocery stores encode in their architectural footprints the story of their expansion over many decades, with their trap doors and secret lentil alcoves, their curt aisles offset from one another at strange angles, their produce sections pinched off on their own by evidently load-bearing walls.Nah, but this one is on the next level. I walked along a dairy case for four days, and at the end I met myself about to set out on the journey (as well as the chocolate pudding I had been seeking). I think it's laid out according to John Dee's schematic of the Garden of Eden or something, but whatever they did the twists and turns and range of available commodities reproduce the entire universe in microcosm. I am a better man, wiser, living a fuller life after my encounter with this Trade Fair.Special thanks to the night shift crew, whose courtesy and diligence saved me from forgetting, like, half a whole pie. “Great store with all basic Nepal/ South Asian necessities. Great fruits and vegetables selection. Fresh Goat meat. I go there mostly for Goat meat even though it is 40 min far from where I live.Thank you for bringing Nepalese grocery to USA ??”
