“My goto supermarket in Sunnyside where you can find almost everything. I love the bagels that I buy early in the morning which sometime gets sold out by noon or evening. It's in the heart of Sunnyside near the Post Office and Sunnyside Library.”

“Cherry Valley is expensive, however, it's the only supermarket in the neighborhood that is walkable, unless you walk down to Golden Farms which is also another good one. If you want a hot Dominican breakfast or lunch, this is a great option. However, beware of expiration dates. They always have sales, which is awesome, and are always stocked and the place is super clean. Just be careful with what you are buying. I bought cereal on sale and the cereal was stale do to the bag being punctured. The staff here is great and always greeting you!”

“I shop at this location every week. It's huge, and has just about everything from basics to luxury items. The staff at the various counters, shelf stockers, and cashiers are generally very friendly and helpful. Today, the staff went above and beyond. My 88 year old mother in law and I were stuck in the parking lot with a dead car battery. We called AAA but never got a notification that help was on the way. I gave up and went into the store to ask for help. The cashier supervisor I went to told me to wait while she went to ask a shelf stocker. The shelf stocker didn't have a car, so was unable to help with a battery jump. I thought that was the end of it, and went back outside. A few minutes later, he showed up next to our car just as another car pulled up in front of us. He'd found a staff member with a car, and the two of them showed up to help. A few minutes later, we were on our way home.I am impressed. Any one of the people I asked could have told me it wasn't a service they provided. Instead, they each went out of their way to help. Service above and beyond the necessary is rare. Thank you.”

“Had a really amazing experience with the manager for the front of the store(registers) I think her name was Caroline( very petite black hair was wearing a mask). She was so nice and went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. Her and the cashier Garcia N. both answered all my questions and took time out of their day they didn’t have to. Exceptional customer service!I work at a Trader Joe’s and I actually would rather shop here than there! Girls like Caroline and Garcia N. Really make your store what it is. I hope they get compensated accordingly for the level of customer service they provide.”

“Store is neatly organized cannot hate on that. But you got some High ahhh prices on items that ISNT expensive in other stores. Either way it will make any smart person go to another Grocery store. 64 ozCran grape shouldn’t be almost $7 a bottle especially if it’s concentrated juice and non organic yall are tripping fam. Also GET RID OF THE SIMPLY PRODUCTS. that stuff is POISON and they are being SUED right now in court(Manhattan ). This grocery store needs to fix their prices ASAP or they won’t do well this year in sales and it will only get worse.”

“Good selection of goods, clean, a bit tight with narrow aisles. Good meat, produce, deli, ethnic foods, and prices/specials. Tap to pay, even though the pay terminal doesn't indicate it's available. They deliver.”

My mom explained what was going on and even though it was after their delivery service hours, they agreed to help me out and deliver! They were at my door in minutes! They are amazing people, truly compassionate and kind, Jesse and the team are the best and I will never forget they helped me!”

“Good selection of produce fruits, vegetables. One criticism is that some of the aisles are a little narrow, so walking through them when you're 6'7 and 325 lb is a problem. Other than that, good stuff and highly recommended”

“This Korean supermarket delivers on all fronts despite its smaller size. Its selection of essential items is impressive, leaving no room for disappointment. The standout has to be their banchan - an authentic flavor explosion that's an absolute delight.”

“Medium-sized supermarket with everything, including fresh products, ready-to-eat food, bread, etc. Normal prices are not that good, but they should be average for the region. The offers in the offers newspaper are great, very advantageous prices, and varied. The attendant Valéria and her colleague were very kind and helpful. It was our first time and the experience was great.”

“Always been going to this store when i lived in Queens. Moved to Long Island but every month or so i go to this store in queens. Understand that it was recently sold but the name is still kept. They made some changes as well but everything is basically the same EXCEPT, they no longer use the Farmbria Discount Card. Shame because that was beneficial to the low income people.”

“You can find different Korean products here. Weirdly, the meats for bbq is relatively cheaper than ramens. But if you want some Korean stuff, this is the one to go!”

“Met Foods is a neighborhood staple. You can't go wrong. THE best and biggest fresh garlic in town! All of the individual departments are great and most of the cashiers are very sweet and helpful. I find almost everything I need here. Deli is good - I like my cold cuts sliced medium, not thin - they always do it right. The rolls are great. The Catania Italian bread is worth the trip alone. They always have Wise brand chips - which is a must in my house! Parking on site and fantastic produce (especially the tomatoes). They also deliver - which is great for my elderly Mom. If I had to nit-pick, I would say to add shopping carts to the front of the store (not just the back or behind the registers) because it woud be more convenient than where they keep them now. And they should offer reusable bags at a lower price. But neither of these is a deterrent! Support your local establishments. It's what keeps a neighborhood, a neighborhood!”
