“me and my girlfriend came from the city to Woodstock for a getaway. She knows I’m into everything this place is about! I absolutely loved it, I bought 3 books which is generous or I would’ve bought one of each shelve! Absolutely lovely place”
“I worked with Gabrielle on several projects including living room, master bedroom and master bathroom redesign and installation and refinishing of my basement. Gabrielle is especially knowledgeable about products, resources, contractors and subcontractors. All project turned out gorgeous and beyond expectations. I highly recommend!Services: Bedroom design”
“I came across this incredible store during a visit to Woodstock this past summer 2025 and completely fell in love with it. Everything they sell is of impeccable quality and absolutely charming.
The people who own and/or run it are incredible. I’ve never wanted to linger in a store as much as I do here and I went back twice during my visit.
I ended up getting (among many other things) some hippie drippy candles, and a candle holder for them with a little loop on it. My nightly routine now consists of lighting one of these candles next to my bed and not only enjoying the candlelight but also the souvenirs and marvelous energy from the store itself.
UPDATE: it’s been months since my visit to Candlestock and I have re-ordered my hippie drippy candles in bulk twice now. Both times the packages arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I love the store and cannot wait to go back.”
“A Woodstock jewel. This place has such nice merch! Every time I visit, I find something unique and lovely. The salesperson is always nice and helpful as well. I really love their artwork, housewares, and artisan crafts in particular. Highly recommend.”
“I have been going to this shop for decades. I always buy the rain oil. I go there instead of the galleria or Amazon because I value the longevity of the fragrance oil.”
