“I can’t express enough how grateful my husband and I are for Dr Cox and the entire ani-mall staff. Our 11 year old pitbull passed away a few months ago, they cared for him his whole life. We recently got a puppy who caught parvo. They have always gone above and beyond for their care. Anyone that knows us, our pets are our life. We will never ever let our pets go to anyone else. “They always have snails that live after a week of getting them home unlike PetSmart but I adopted my chinchillas and Guinea pig from here. The staff was helpful and passionate about the adoption. They were overly informative and ensured a great transition from store to home. I was completely impressed by them.”

“We made the switch from another veterinary practice about two years ago. Our oldest dog is a rescue/vet reactive, and although he's only 30 lbs we were told he would have to be put under anesthesia for every appointment going forward at our previous vet. This seemed excessive, expensive and unnecessary. My co-worker told me that he made the switch to Middletown Veterinary with his vet reactive dog, so we thought we'd try. Our last visit, our dog only cried once. My husband was so proud, he talked about it for days. Our other dog and cat are easy at the vet but are provided with great care as well. “I've been to a few other vets and thus is the only one where they actually took their time with my great dane. My boy is incredibly stable and happy outside of the vet but due to bad previous experiences, he always shuts down when we go into a vet office.
I've been shopping around for some time for a vet that would go slow with him. His shutdown looks like shaking and stating low to the ground where normally he's always calm or happy. They allowed him to decompress in the waiting room and really went slow with him while in the office. They allowed us as many breaks as he needed. That meant the world to me.”
