Thank you.Anyone with any complaints here are generally upset by visiting during a busy moment and they need to get over themselves.”
“Went here for the first time today since it is close to work. I optef for this over over the one in downtown Troy, mainly for the parking and it paid off. Easy parking! My experience was great, there was only one person at the front desk but she was moving so quickly and efficiently, all while still being courteous to all the customers. She did an amazing job. I appreciate a good post office... they are hard to come by. Will definitely be returning!”

“Friendly employees are helpfull, and polite. I have never had an issue receiving packages through this post office. I rent a PO Box at this post office which is 20 minutes away from my residence, instead of using the post office at 12062 (end of my street) just because the hours are better and the employees are actualy friendly....unlike east nassau post office”
“I went there for a new passport. The older gentleman who helped me was the kindest person I have ever met. He was extremely friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding the processing times, etc. Highly recommend getting your passport done here.”
“I needed help yesterday because my parcel had been delivered to a supermarket mailbox but the supermarket staff and I did not seem to understand one another.I was confused between us until I reached USPS. The lady at the counter was able to help me a quick solution by contacted a right person. Then I was given a parcel by a gentleman after he drove to the supermarket. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their kindness.”

Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”

“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”
“The post person there, when I went, was very nice and helped me to deliver a package. It is a small space. Only one person working there when I went. It took about 6 minutes to get acknowledged, even though I was the only one there, because post person was so busy, but she was worth the wait and good at her job.”

“Soooo I went in yesterday trying to do a passport application and was a bit miffed because they told me it was by appointment only - I explained to the ladies at the counter that I had been trying to call to ask that very question for several hours and nobody ever answers. Anyway I left, made an appointment online and went back in today fully prepared to write an awful review. The process was very swift - I made sure I had the correct docs which always helps and the ladies were polite and professional.However while I was waiting a woman came in to ship something to CA, was advised of prices and shipping times, got what she actually asked for and then started pitching a fit - a complete Karen. She made it very clear she was reporting the woman Coleen and blah blah. After watching this, there appears to be 2 women working there - underpaid and understaffed I would guess so perhaps next time, maybe cut them some slack...I know I will.”
“Post offices usually get a bad rap and I too have had troubles in the past but the two women at this branch were friendly, helpful, and fast. I was picking up an international parcel as well which is notoriously difficult to handle. Credit where credit is due.”

“The school post office accepts packages and helps you send them out. The staff is a mix of students fo full time employees who are always helpful. I believe non-Siena people can use the post office without hassle.”
