“Chris Cole and Kurt Montanye were exceptional during my experience at Della Honda. I've worked in sales leadership and customer service for 25 years, and have also bought a lot of vehicles. Typically, you can feel the energy and vibe at a dealership and know fairly quickly the culture of a car dealer. I was looking to get a vehicle for my son, and my first visit impression was excellent. I was greeted quickly and kindly (all staff was friendly on the floor), and was given prompt and accurate information about the vehicle. Most importantly, Chris worked efficiently within my time frame, and respected my day. This self-awareness and customer service is hard to find. Della visibly takes very good care of their pre-owned inventory. My second visit with my son was even better. I was introduced to Kurt, and numbers were shared alongside setting up a co-sign opportunity for my son to build his credit. What stood out to me the most was they treated my son with the same amount of respect (eye contact, informative, almost teaching) as they did me. It was important to me that he saw what a flawless transaction looked like and learned along the way. “What started as a frustrating visit driven by concern turned into a breath of fresh air thanks to Jason. I initially came in because warning codes appeared on my car. One code indicated that my ABS was off, which turned into a wrench icon. I went to the dealership and was told I could drive without the service tech looking at my concern or listening to my description.
SHOUTOUT to service manager Ron, who listened and determined it was unsafe for me to drive, then gave me a loaner.
My initial service specialist left, but I was fortunate to have Jason. JASON IS A ROCKSTAR!!!! He handled my case seamlessly, making frustrating contact with my extended warranty company. Thanks to Jason, I paid much less than the expected $4,000 for the repair.

“I just bought a Subaru Forester from T&Q LLC on Louden Rd Cohoes! BEST car buying experience ever! Ricky and Mary were there on my first visit efficiently greeting 4 of us that arrived all around the same time. Markquese Johnson made personal contact with me after my visit and kept all communications open. I was allowed to take the vehicle to a mechanic for inspection of condition. Markquese made sure the flaws were addressed mechanically and even had the transmission flush done for me to put my mind at rest. 3 way call to insurance w/me and a a driver to take me to DMV for Transit tag for FL. 5 plus stars for the entire team.
