Although we weren't able to find what we wanted specifically, I want to commend the two gentlemen that helped in my our search! Tavon was very quick and helpful with our text exchanges; Sadik Gaskin was a trooper, helping us out in the freezing cold. He offered to bring one in from another dealership, but in the meantime we found what we were looking for elsewhere. Nice guys. ?”

“I took my recently purchased Tiguan (not from Cooley VW… sadly) to have a “driver contact door switch” issue addressed and from first walking in - Sydney, Brian and Kim or Lisa (forgot name) were amazing!!! “Bought a car here right around 11 months ago. I can now say confidently this was a solid buy. It’s a body/repair shop, so you are usually looking at salvage or crash repairs, but this is their business and they do decent work. It’s not concours restoration, but pricing is fair and the repairs are done with good workmanship.
Literally the only repair I had to do was add a few ounces of refrigerant, but I found no leaks. Honda’s factory charges are sometimes a little off, so this could have been caused by charging the system “by the book”.”
