“went into the bank to get a few papers notarized. was immediately welcomed by a very warm woman named Nicole. was so pleased by her service, i went ahead to ask if i could open a checking account with them. chase bank had given me an issue with opening an account bc i have no drivers license. thankfully i had my passport, social and two proofs of address with me. she was so kind helped me with no problems and she printed me a debit card right then and there. i also had some documents i needed to get copied (unrelated) and she was kind enough to make copies for me. give this gorgeous human a raise. great conversationalist, helpful, and so kind. i wish more supervisors were like this! “I just opened accounts here and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very flexible with making an appointment for me and were able to change it with a quick phone call. The Chase website works really well and it's easy to perform transfers and other tasks. It would be nice if this branch had a drive up ATM, but there are so many Chase branches its never an issue for me. I like the small bank feel at the Yaphank branch with the international scope of Chase Bank.”
