“Members only and there are two extra hours except Sunday for business and executive members. It has more selections than Costco and is convenient to shop with self checkout cashier. Also the price of the gas is 20 to 30 cents cheaper that other gas stations.”

“This Costco is undergoing some construction inside and out, but still gets 5 stars. It's one of my favorite Costco locations. The staff is great. Holbrook Liquor is in the same building and you don't need to be a Costco memeber to take advantage of their prices. And this Costco location also has a gas station.”

“Prescription Centre is the best! I so much prefer local pharmacy to the national chains. I am 74 and disabled. I need to use a walker which I keep folded up in my trunk. I don't so much mind taking it out and then having to fold it back up and lift it into the trunk if I'm going into a store to shop or a doctor's office. But to have to take it out and put it back to go into a place to pick up just one thing is why I prefer curbside "delivery." We moved to Middle Island 2 1/2 years ago and Prescription Centre in Coram was the closest local pharmacy. I called and spoke to Dottie, explained my need for requesting that my orders be brought out to my car and was assured that it would be no problem and that they could also deliver. I have actually never been in the store! Dottie or one ofthe other ladies there even call me when they have prescriptions for me or my wife and ask if we'd like it delivered. I've never had many dealings with the pharmacist, but have nevere had any problems with anyone there.”

“Everyone at the Lighthouse is so kind, patient, and diligent, despite having to deal with many challenges with insurance and communication with the doctors, they’ve worked patiently along with me to make sure I walk out with the medications I need. And they go the extra mile which is so appreciated, being communicative and polite, and even small gestures beyond the duties of the job to provide an accepting atmosphere that feels like a part of a community. “We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”
“I had to go here to this location as they were the only CVS open at the time I needed to get medicine for my sick daughter. Even though they were almost closed, they greeted me and helped, and even wished me. The store was immaculate and it was a quick process Definitely recommend this location”

“I have been going to this CVS store for beauty supplies and have been very happy with this store. I had a prescription sent to them on a Sunday very recently and it was ready shortly after we got there. I have taken a neighbor there and she continued with scripts she had from CVS in Florida until she returned home and has new doctors too. They let me pick up her scripts for her also . I saw some negative reviews on google and wanted to add a much deserved positive one that I think they deserve.

“They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”

“I don't usually shop at this store because I find that the prices are usually higher than in other places. But I'm writing this to commend Josh, the associate at the self-checkout and give him 5 stars. He is absolutely awesome. I was having problems at the checkout multiple times and he would come right over as soon as the light went on and help me out. He scanned a lot of the items that were bigger in my cart so I wouldn't have to remove them. He helped me look up the produce prices. He is an absolute GEM!!!! Hey Stop & Shop-please give Josh a raise!”
