I did a BOPIS pickup the day before Easter in the afternoon at Ridge Hill, and the associate who helped me was amazing. He was super friendly, quick, and very professional. Even though it was busy, he stayed calm and efficient and made the whole pickup process smooth. Really appreciated the great attitude and service.
