This location has a great selection & awesome staff! They had the shampoo & conditioner sets which have been hard for me to find at other locations. Definitely will be my new go to store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a frequent B&BW Shopper. This location is great, except for you have 1 or 2 rude workers. Ladies, you choose to work at B&BW. If you dont like working with the public quit‼️See you soon, make sure you have your customer service smile on!!!????

I am at the Yonkers location attempting to shop in the store, the doors are locked it’s 7:12pm, Employee came to the door to apologize stating that they close at 7pm. The website state they close at 8pm. Don’t appreciate wasting my time in the pouring rain ?

Store always clean, staff are wonderful. Manger is rude & disgusting, speaking down on her staff in front of customers. If you see her just be beware she always having a mask, slim with black hair . But over all would NOT buy from here ever again. She made me feel uncomfortable!

Oh my, this place always smells great. It helps to put you in a good mood, or maybe a better mood. The store is very nice, and its always stocked, and well organized. The staff is very helpful .

It’s a nice well put together store, everything in stock but the employees are kind of annoying with the stopping you every 5 minutes to see if you need help. I don’t know if this is a tactic to avoid theft but either way it’s annoying.
