Ohhhhh wow!! What a great costumer service...maybe one the best in Westchester. I went there, looking for a new phone and Michael took care of me at first and then, when I went back, Jamal helped me with my new phone with patience and dedication. It feels really good to go somewhere and be greeted with a smile. Thank you Jamal, absolutley the best!

Me and my BF came into this Boost Mobile location on Yonkers Avenue immediately Welcome apond entering, The gentleman whom Helped us name was Jamal and he offered us great service with our upgrades for our Newphones and plus he offered better chargers on top of free headphones which was apart of our upgrades. We are thankful and will come back to this location in the future.

Just have to say that I have been going to this boost location for quite a while now for all my cell phones services, upgrades and I'm always pleased with the results and I'm always pleased with my experience... Jamal is a really outstanding...he really strives to help and find solutions and you can see he really cares, never a rush a truly dedicated professional, as well as the other staff members.. just seems It an environment of commraderity and a focus on the customers needs..you especially see that endearing effort and spirit when they deal with older customers who are often in the store and they always are aware that they are sincere... I'm grateful that this boost facility is here..I hope and wish them the best as they have earned my respect and gratitude.. best of luck to everyone.. God bless everyone...

I've been with boost for over 10 years and I only had 2 instore boost representatives that was nice. I have been living here in yonkers for almost 4 years and this is the first boost in store representative that was really nice, his name is Jamel, he's a sweetheart. I will definitely be coming back but I'm only going to deal with him. Thank you!
