Michael was so polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. It took a lot of patience for him to resolve the issue on the cell phone that he took care of for us. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone shop. Who ever hired him, made a great choice.

First time going to this location and worked with Michael; he was pleasant and helpful. The owner/manager also goes above & beyond to satisfy the customer. Very happy with my upgraded phone!

Very helpful. They were able to get my information off of my broken phone onto a spare phone I had.
