“I had a very good experience at this Enterprise location. This is my second rental, and everyone was very attentive and accommodating. They addressed any issues or discrepancies I had right away. Rentals can be a real hassle at times, and the experience could leave you gritting your teeth, not the story here. I’ve had two recent rentals, and they knocked it out of the ballpark each time. I believe I’ve found my go-to rental location. I can understand why it can be a bit busy in the mornings, but it's well worth the wait. I recommend this Enterprise for your rental needs.”

The other person messed up my pickup and drop off time because I came in few minutes early and I was going to be charged to a whole extra day for just few minutes. Kevon made the alterations and made the pick up and drop off time as the same.

“Great service, doesn't take long to pick up or return the car. You are in and out. Only thing that's disappointing is that they give you a car that barely has any gas and they expect you to return it with a full tank. The car I got last time was all dirty on the outside and the inside was full of dog hair. Those who previously rent the car leave their mess and the next one that rents it is left with problem.”

“Guillermo and staff were very polite, efficient, and helpful. In particular, Guillermo helped me avoid some unnecessary expenses by reminding me to take my own E-Z pass, and pointing out that pre-paying the gas would save me several dollars. He gave me a nice tour of the car.”
