It's amazing how lazy people are and can't wrap their own change. This machine takes between 11.9%-12.9 % of your total as a fee. If you have a lot of change why would you forfeit that much money ?
Take your time and wrap it yourself

I wasted time going to two Safeways yesterday only for both of their Coinstars to be out of order. Had to get my cash from customer service. Never had any problem with Coinstar before so I am disappointed and in the future hope you can inform people when your machines are down.

just used one of the machines , had over 50 dollars in charge it stopped counting at 16 91 and screen said " your coins are safe contact a store employee " .. after standing there an hour and the store manager calling coin star REPEATEDLY to no avail I lost 30 dollars ..
