“I don't know what's up with the negative reviews but I've been using this company for years to send money to the Dominican Republic. It's the only service my elderly aunt uses. The rates are affordable and she gets the money the next day. The one thing I will comment is that sometimes the attendants are a little slow in taking care of customers and you'll have to wait. I wish they had at least TWO attendants but every time I visit, there's only one.”

“I think the peapod shoppers should call the customers to let them know what items or items are out of stock so that they can substitute an item because by the team I knew my bread was out of stock, it was too late and I tried calling the store for customer service but they were not helpful and couldn’t solve my problem. I used peapod because I have Covid and now I have no bread.”

“**Update** As can be seen below Coinstar contacted me about my problem. They were very gracious and professional, and rectified the situation. I appreciate their customer service folks and I have modified my rating. Personally, I do believe they have more to improve, their response was nothing more than amazing. In short, they made sure I received the full amount of the coins I deposited as an Amazon eGiftCard, which is what I wanted I'm the first place. Cudos to your team.”
