Every time, I visit this location the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Came here to return items on New Year’s day at 11:45am and the manager out of all people a guy had such a nasty attitude and superiority complex. It’s really disappointing to come to a store to deal with unprofessional customer “service”. SA#871525

I love H&M, but it’s hit or miss as most people know this season was more of a miss for me. Hopefully, they’ll be some nicer things coming in the spring depends on your individual taste though I didn’t find anything. I wanted this trip but it’s a nice store and lots of parking in the mall parking lot for free.
