I have had a positive experience with the Citizen’s Bank at 778 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY. The new branch manager (Ramona De Jesus) is outstanding and knows how to run a branch. The customer service has been excellent. I have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The bank has always been very accommodating when I needed to change my account or when I needed to withdraw. I would definitely recommend this bank to others.

I absolutely love this branch!..Ramona dejesus, the new manager is wonderful person and very professional. The personnel is very engaging and always willing to help. My experience at the branch has always been amazing.

This is a wonderful branch. Customer service is excellent and very attentive. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. I love doing business at this branch.

I go out my way to drive the bank to use the atm so I won't have to pay fees and both atm's are out of service. A few times this happened

They are not worth any starI have to wait more than 1 hours to made wiretransfer .No workers in lunch or in phone training.

WORST BANK EVER It took almost 2 hours to open an account. Then today about 2 weeks later I make a deposit of 388$ at the ATM and the ATM takes my money and says cannot be processed. It gives back no money only my card and a reciept saying 0$. An employee starts calling the main branch to start a resolution they never get through and are trying to push me telling me I can go all they need is a copy of the reciept (while I'm sitting quietly... sorry hsbc that I'm here but you stole my money and time out of my day.) So they want me out without me knowing anything about my situation.....??? So the employee is still on hold so I try calling and finally get through. What I was told is that there is a 10 day investigation period and nothing more.. So I now have to wait for the mighty banking god of hsbc to decide wether or not to give me my money back. I'm on camera and everything depositing the money one by one into the machine and I have to wait? They need to investigate? Open the machine check the cameras.... Do yourself a huge favor and goto another bank. This bank is a handicapped version of a large bank. I've never had this much of a problem (within my first month on top of it) dealing with a bank. A bank of this size should be ashamed of itself and just shut its doors.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. Manager name Patricia Roberts. Should not. Be in this position. And she diffidently has no customer service skills. She. Kept me in the branch for over an hour trying to tell me she. Will not. Cash. HSBC check that. Was written. To me. And. She. Waisted. All my day. And they have cashed that same. Check 3 tunes to me before. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I will never. Ever open an account or. Invest. With this bank Save your time. And. Agrrivation. And. Donot. Deal with Patricia Roberts the Vice President. Like she call her. Self

After open my account I had to wait 2 weeks to at least get my debit card. I consider it a disrespect being that it is people's money that they are dealing with. Also, welcome package and card gets through regular mail?
