This location is not a mega store but it has everything you may need, and if not, they will gladly order it. The building is always maintained clean with products on the shelf. Above all, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. Associates help you get your items and provide information. They are extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable in multiple departments. The staff will go above and beyond, helping to carry items to the car, assisting in picking out the best appliances, and thoroughly investigating and solving any problems. They work with customers for a solution, even communicating with vendors after store hours to ensure an issue is resolved, demonstrating tremendous help and truly great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Stephanie and Angel. They went out of their way to ensure I got the item I needed. I really appreciated the customer they provided.
