“I was referred to Dennis at Allen Carpet in Yonkers, NY by a friend who was helping me during a very stressful move into a new apartment. The new apartment desperately needed new carpeting in the bedroom before I could move in. I got the OK from the landlord to pick out new ones. From my initial call to Allen Carpet, Dennis was so helpful, assertive and knowledgeable. Within 48 hours, Dennis was at the new apartment taking measurements and I was sampling and picking out the new carpet at the store the same day! The new rugs were installed three days later! They arrived on time, installed new carpet, vacuumed, cleaned up and even neatly put out old carpet to be picked up by sanitation. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping at this location. I really wish I was able to finish my order at the store, but there was an issue with the computer not showing the product correctly. Therefore I had to leave and complete my order on my phone, but I was able to select the fridge that I needed because of his input.”

The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
