“Getting a unit here was extremely easy and quick and I have to credit it to Nicole’s expertise. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We have been looking for a new unit for a few months and visited other companies but after meeting her we felt at ease choosing this as our storage facility. I have not experienced this level customer service in a very long time—even before we bought the space we were constantly in communication via phone regarding the prices, 24/7 access, dimensions, anything. “Providing what my daughter just went through with " Storage Post" in New Rochelle, New York I felt compelled to write a review about a moving and storage company I recently had experience with, my items were well taken care of, safe from harm NOTHING broken or STOLEN. I must add it was pricey though, and communication was horrible at times when it came down to discussing anything with the " manager Manny", so please just get everything fro The horses mouth the owner SHAWN so no stories will be switched around or told different. We were moving in the middle of a snowstorm, trucks were unavailable due to the weather, and everything felt overwhelming — but she never gave up on us.
