“I’ve always had a good experiences at this location, which is my go to since it’s walking distance. I only wish the notary was there in the morning instead of 12 noon, but I don’t know the workload or if service is limited in that aspect. Overall a good place!”
“This particular store has really wonderful staff. They help you, they're kind. Their energy is fantastic, although it is a several miles away from me, I will go back to that Staples. It should be almost like a training hub for new employees to see how customers can be treated provided service and given information to make it an overall productive experience.”
“The young lady Elizabeth was a pleasure working with. She was very polite and professional. She did not rush to accommodate me in finding the correct size packing material. I highly recommend this business.”
“I just left there and Shavonne at the counter was very helpful. Her customer service is excellent. I’m surprised at the low rating… I love this location.”
“The staff is very helpful and patient with customers. This PO needs major renovations. Also, it would be great if they had a self-service kiosks! Really outdated at this PO.”
“If uour selling on eBay this is your place. They have qr code machine which prints out. Than you just leave package in tumbler large slot. No line. Buy postage with ebay. Save about 25 percent.”
“I visited couple of usps offices last couple of days but south broadway Yonkers usps is one of the best customer service ❤️.staff was friendly and guiding well.and place was clean which make usps office big difference then other locations. Thank you ? for serving community.?”
“Is there a long line? YES! Do they only have 2-3 clerks working? YES! There were about 10 ppl ahead of me on a Wednesday late afternoon (5:30ish) and only 2 clerks working but i was done by 6p. I have zero complaints about this location because it's rare to be service by a USPS employee who is kind and patient.”
