Customer service is not great. There was only one person working. We were ignored. We weren't greeted or offered any help. When we finally were able to speak with representative he wasn't pleasant.

The Skechers store was stocked well with all their newest styles. The salesperson was super helpful, very polite and professional. Always have the best luck at this store!
