“I found Steve's Shoes by accident while searching everywhere online for a pair of shoes in my size. I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. They checked for me, ordered what I needed, and promptly sent them to me the day I received it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my new shoes.”
“This store definitely comes handy for my elderly relatives. As they get older they are unable to bend down to tie their shoes so the slip in shoes helps tremendously. They had a buy 1 pair get the second pair 50% off. Prices are anywhere from $50 to $95 dollars. I am a rewards member and it carry greats perks. I purchased a pair of sneakers and slippers and my Mother in law loved them for her Birthday. Store is always clean and staff very helpful. I even came back the following week for 2 more pairs for another family membe”
“Daisy was an absolute angel! She explained the differences among several men’s shoes, recommended three pair all in stock in my husband’s size, and he bought the first pair she recommended. Shopping time was completed in 15 minutes, and hubby left the store wearing his lovely new shoes. The entire team was pleasant, store was clean and bright, and best of all - items were well-stocked. “Wow! Whatta store!!! Just be prepared to do LOTSA walking and searching and standing on long lines, esp Sat & Sun.BUT you can find some BEAUTIFUL pieces at a decent discount. Everyone I spoke to had been there for 3-4hours! They have clean bathrooms and water fountains too!HINT: The 3rd floor has lotsa COUCHES where all the tired shoppers were resting!!! ?????”

“a decent sneaker store in yonkers on central ave that carry a good variety of sneakers, casual footware and sports apparel for the gym, walking and jogging or for not particular reason. the gal employee was helpful in finding me a pair of casual looking sneakers that i can wear at work without looking like a slacker . prices are reasonable which made me purchase a second pair that is perfect for comfort walking on a daily basis . overall a good place to grab a pair of sneakers with styles made for the non sneaker looking wearing types . 4 stars on my yelp meter.”

“The staff was helpful overall, but I was initially told by one employee that my son couldn’t try on the shoes because they were a new release. I was advised that if they didn’t fit, we could simply return them. After discussing it with my son, we decided to leave. However, before leaving, I spoke with another employee because my son really wanted the sneakers. Once I explained the situation, she quickly resolved the issue by allowing him to try them on—he just had to wear a stocking over his socks.
I appreciate that the second employee was willing to help and find a solution, because there was no way i was spending without knowing if they would fit ,but the experience would have been much better if the policy had been communicated clearly from the start. At the end we purchased the sneakers and everyone is happy 😊”
