Staff is very helpful, brought to my attention current sales that were going on and helped me place an order online for shoes that were sold out in the store. What more can a person ask for? Even though I realize I missed out on Cashback by not placing the order myself, but can't cry over spilled milk. Moving on will shop here again, great customer service overall.”
“Had a show self destruct while on the road for work and needed to get a replacement quickly. My first thought was that this would not be easy and even if I found a place I'd end of with a pair of shoes that I did not like or that did not fit and that would be just considered temporary. Then I found Encore. Great selection, good prices, easy in and out and my shoes were replaced. Definitely recommend.”

Tyshawn was incredibly customer service driven and helped me find the perfect pair of slip on shoes for my tired aching feet. I was so impressed because the store was quite busy and he was by himself. In the most calm demeanor he handled everyone in a professional manner. I hear that so many times when we go to this location but this time I was able to order what you didn't have online from you attendant and purchase what you did have in store at the counter.”
“a decent sneaker store in yonkers on central ave that carry a good variety of sneakers, casual footware and sports apparel for the gym, walking and jogging or for not particular reason. the gal employee was helpful in finding me a pair of casual looking sneakers that i can wear at work without looking like a slacker . prices are reasonable which made me purchase a second pair that is perfect for comfort walking on a daily basis . overall a good place to grab a pair of sneakers with styles made for the non sneaker looking wearing types . 4 stars on my yelp meter.”
