Watch out. They will cheat you. Change your plan, not make it clear and you will end up spending hours with Verizon trying to get it fixed. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE IT IS A SUBCONTRACTOR

Terrible customer service I placed an order online & when i went to pick up the phone they told me it was the last one & it was saved for someone else they told me to call customer service which i did & customer service told me that it was their fault because why would they accept the order if they didn’t have the phone end of the day they made me go back & forth with at least 10 people next day i went to the store & they said same thing i would not recommend going to that store they didn’t help me out with my problem that they caused & just dismissed me like nothing no good customer service communication

This was a short visit to pick up an accessory.
I specifically came for a screen protector, which they had here. The price was a little higher than a screen protector probably has any right to be, but it is what it is.
I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was friendly and put the protector on for me (which I surely would've messed up).
I don't come to Ridge Hill very often, but it's nice to know that this location is here if needed.

The store always has 1 employee and seems like they don’t know how to properly use their system! What’s worst is that I went and spent a hour just for them to not even have the item I needed when that could’ve been checked from the jump. Thanks for nothing Elijah!

I upgraded my phone in June 2024. The upgrade was done incorrectly so I had to go back for another phone in July 2024. Victra exchanged the phone with no problem. I returned my old phone once everything was corrected. For whatever reason I’m being charged a non return fee for the old phone even though it was returned in July 2024. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon multiple times and finally Verizon says need info from Victra store to credit this almost $600 charge but I can’t get in contact with anyone from the store. Because of this charge my services were disconnected and I had to deal with that also. Verizon has also put reconnection fees on my account. Going to this store was a huge mistake and I’ll never go back again. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Update I was finally able to speak to a representative in the Ridge Hill Yonkers store on Sept 18, 2024. First guy was kinda rude. I won’t name names. After about an hour of conversation we finally got to the answer to my problem. A manager was supposed to call me on Thursday or Friday to have the charge removed from my account. Spoke to the manager that day but they weren’t in the store. Thursday comes - no call. Friday comes - no call. Now we’re back to the disconnecting of service part again. Tried to call the store on Sunday and got sent to a Victra representative that said the store is too busy and they don’t want to take calls in the store so I have to go to the store (not happening) or try another day. I’m in the process of disconnecting my lines as I’m typing this part of the review. Verizon sucks and Victra sucks even more.

I recently went to this store and wanted a upgrade, I ended up with multiple lines on my account and when I tried to return to the store and get everything how it should be I was givin a bad excuse and attitude from all the staff including the manager they are doing FRAUD at this location and nobody seems to have the answers,I do not recommend doing business here extremely unprofessional.
