Was here a few days ago to upgrade phones since Verizon was offering a free upgrade. Raphael helped me out. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. I can confidently say that he helped me get the best deal I could have possibly received. He seems to really know the system.

ASK FOR NYIAh! She rules. Cool calm and collected!! She was/is so helpful. If you’re near the store on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers I highly recommend going and make sure you ask for her. I don’t think she’s a manager, but she’s definitely should be. She is super helpful and help rectify my situation immediately.

Edwin was fantastic. I had to do a data transfer and there were 3 phones involved. He showed me how to transfer the data myself for the phone that had the most data. He explained it to me in an easy simple manner. Edwin was friendly, informative and patient. I will recommend Edwin to all of my friends and colleagues. I had a great experience at this corporate location.

Terrible experience. I and just appalled by the terrible customer service this place has. I was greeted by the first employee ebony which I then let her know which product I was interested in . She had little to no knowledge about what she was selling . Welp long story short I got home opened the watch and realized it was the complete wrong item. I had to go back to the store the next day . The manager switched the watch back out for me and said they will credit my account for the restocking fee. Yea well of course that didn’t happen when I called customer service they told me I had to go back in the store again to resolve the issue . So now this is 3x to this store ( super inconvenient ) when I get to the store the original sales employee ebony just had the worst attitude , didn’t even bother to assist me ,she ignored me when I asked for the manager , just 100 percent terrible customer service. Just super rude . Like honestly it’s your fault for originally selling me the incorrect item. But she didn’t care. her and the other employees continued to have side convos laughing etc just super unprofessional. The manager helped but after so much back and forth with everyone in this place at this time I was just so over this Verizon and will never step foot back in there no will I ever recommend anyone to waste their time with the unprofessionalism in this store. I would give zero stars if I could .

Despite the very frustrating experience trying to activate my new phone. The team was amazing Nhya, Ralphael, the management team did not stop until the issue was resolved. Highly rreccomend this store and team! The true meaning of customer service!

I don’t think it would’ve been possible to have a more negative experience. I walked in at 3pm with a working iPhone 12 and series 5 Apple Watch.
After 4 hours I had a bricked watch (wouldn’t pair / wouldn’t update) AND I got sold a second line on the iPhone 15 but my primary number I’ve had for 25 years got disabled.
I came back the next morning to fix the issue with the phone number not working and they deleted the VPN for my work when they swapped IMEIs and then told me ‘that’s your problem not ours’
Uninformed, unhelpful; an experience I would not repeat.

Went to this Verizon location because I was having network issues with my smartphone’s SIM card. Rafelin was straight to the point and helped me get that fixed. My mother and I also inquired on upgrading so he introduced us to another staff member Muhammad who helped us get the best deal we were eligible for to upgrade to the latest iPhone and an even better plan than what we have and were paying for now. Overall, great customer service at a convenient location!

Impolite staff at the Yonkers store.
We were the only customers at the store, and we found all the staff talking and seating around a desk.
Nobody offered us a seat, and when they spoke to us they didn’t even not even look up.
I had to drag a chair from a nearby desk to seat, nobody moved while I was dragging the chair, they just looked at me and continued with their personal conversation.
They wasted a valuable opportunity to cross-sell, strengthen customer loyalty or impress the customer with superb service.
Instead, a customer walked out of the store with his problem solved, but feeling offended by the extremely poor service.

Truly sub par service, rude, incomplete knowledge.
I was told one phone had a better processor, the guy had no idea what the specs were.
Do yourself a favor drive a couple miles to different big box store.
I was left with a new $1200 phone and incomplete activation. Aggravating!

Signed in and waited for 15 minutes before an associate told us it would be another hour before we were helped. This was after another couple that walked in after us was greeted and helped almost immediately.
