Pos: Store is nice and big. Location has a good parking. Wait time was short for me. I visited couple of stores in the area before, this one give me most positive impression.Cons: Initially I gave them one star, but to be more objective change a review. Most of problems are not because of store, but about Verizon itself. Verizon offering good service for reasonable money, but EVERYTHING took too long. Switch of account would not took more than 30 min, but it took dramatically more for me (calls to support, store visits etc.) I see it as a company policy, they don't respect customers time. And often annoying service. But it have little related to this particular store. Only want to mention to store personal, please don't reset all wifi's and bluetooth on client device without get client permission first, be more careful to not broke sim tray, especially double tray on samsung and don't follow corporate policy by abasing customers personal time. Yeh, short leashes on demo phones looks ridiculous, but looking at violent videos from CA, you know better how to run business.

We had a great experience at this Verizon Store. Accurate information and clear disclosure of pricing and plans. We had a terrible experience at another Verizon Store. We highly recommend this locations. Thank you Ann and RT

Useless, so-called, "customer service." Need help? Don't come here. Instead of trying to help me with poor Verizon connectivity (1 or 2 bars tops for days), the smug employee told me I needed to buy a new phone and a new service plan. He actually told me that Verizon cuts back on connectivity if you have an older plan because they want you to buy a new plan. Say what? I have an idea for Verizon - get rid of the 4 employees in this Verizon Store who are doing nothing except playing with their own phones. Spend that money on real customer service for your customers!

Was the first customer this morning. Helped by Nyeisha. She quickly diagnosed and fixed my SIM card problem, and then went above and beyond by helping me put on a new phone screen. Thank you!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. WORST ONE!! Drive down to the Hartsdale location instead. CLOSED MINDED, DISMISSIVE, RUDE staff interactions. Unable to verify my identifican in other ways besides needing an ID to hold in their hands. I have photo copies of various IDs with my visible photo & they are unwilling to verify it’s my account. I also had a work ID with photo and name on it that they refused to accept. Even tho other locations accepted this form of ID. Yet the store manager is willing to have me add an authorized user… and have them come in to pick up the order with their ID??? How does that even make sense. Clearly you have to verify it’s my account to add an authorized user… NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE PPL. Run away if you can.

Couldn't be bothered to help me; pretended they couldn't do what the store 3 miles north, on the same road, was able to do in a matter of minutes. Awful people, awful store.

The old location was literally down the block. It’s better here tho because they’re the only bldg in the lot. When you go inside there is no front counter. Employees are scattered around and it’s really confusing to figure out what to do. There’s no greeter. Another customer basically told me I had to just wait for someone to show up. I found a open seat and eventually someone came. Service was quick and efficient tho.

I went in to upgrade my phone and dealt with Nyeisha, who displayed subhuman behavior. She was rude, touched my phone without my permission , didn't speak unless I asked her a question, and then got an attitude with every question I asked. She scrolled on her iPad without saying a word and only told me I "wasn't eligible" and my plan was an older one. I asked about a new plan and she rolled her eyes and didn't want to be bothered with me. She told me Verizon wasn't giving me anything (not true, I called corporate). Once again, subhuman behavior, which is disgusting in customer service.I knew she wasn't going to help me anymore since she decided to go on her own personal phone to play a video/ audio, and left me sitting there without a word. Again, subhuman behavior.During my "lovely" sit down with this creature, she and her coworkers were also talking personal business, shouting over each other, and again could not be bothered with doing their jobs.The other "workers" in the store couldn't be bothered either.I called corporate when I left. I've been going here for years and yesterday was the last.If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would.

Such friendly service I stopped in today to pick up a SIM card at first I had to wait a couple of minutes but than a women came out and she gave me such good and fast service it was so needed because I was in such a hurry, at the end there was an old lady which thought my vehicle was blocking her to get her car out so she came to call me so the sales lady let me go to move my vehicle and she finished up her self so I shouldn't have to come back. I went away from there with such a good feeling there's still good people in this world. I wish we could have this kind of people in the city. And thank you again for your quick and friendly service ?
