“Came in for replacement tires that I purchased online. Brian was very helpful, and deserves commendation for his customer service skills.
Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers.
The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff.
I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.”

Latest, they're wanting member to upgrade to execute at the register if you're a regular member.
This place is always busy, it's like Thanksgiving shopping everyday. Wkend are very hectic. How'd this happen.
More Asian food, like in California!”
