“Came in for replacement tires that I purchased online. Brian was very helpful, and deserves commendation for his customer service skills.
Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers.
The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff.
I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.”

“We've been using them since 20 years ago we are very happy with the service and most of the time we find whatever we need old parts new parts if they don't have it they get it for you I'm very happy”
