Keep calling no one pick up phone, try to fax and get my own money will take forever. Almost can’t get my home closing, so I closed the account!! Beware!!! Worst customer service I ever had!

This credit union has been and continues to be one if the best in the New York area. It meets the needs of many postal workers when it comes to personal and car loans. Would recommend.
