“I read several of these reviews regarding the personnel of Flagstar Bank at 2320 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers. I emphatically disagree many of these comments. I have never had a bad experience at this branch, any branch for that matter. In fact, I always receive the best personal service from the minute I walk in, to the moment I leave. And trust me it's not like I have much money in there for you people who may think that's why they treat me good. It's just who they are as employees. They do their jobs well and with respect to everyone who walks into the branch, over the phone and the drive through. Sometimes, I think people forget their manners. If someone walks in with an aggressive attitude or shows disrespect...In return they may get treated with some disrespect. Though two wrongs don't make a right, one must defend themselves, even in customer service. This is my opinion.”

“It was my first tome trying out TD bank, I had problems opening an account online so Decided to come here, It was a very good experience they helped me open the account, they gave ny debit card right there no need to wait for it on the mail which is Awesome! The woman that helped me was very polite, she explained all the checkings account they have. Amazing costumers service.”

“I’ve been living in the Bryan Mawr area for 20years. Back in 2014 I opened my first account with chase while I was still in high school. Naturally since this is the closest branch I’ve relied on the bankers and service from this location. I’ve never had any complaints but today I want to recognize a banker that has been there as far as I’ve noticed for a bit of time now. Jocelyn Williams was the banker I had the pleasure of interacting with and I truly want to give her my thanks and gratitude. She was excellent. So mindful, caring, understanding and patient to say the least. I only had about a 15-20 minute timeline until I had to get to my job in white plains and she fixed my situation, set me up for success and even provided me with advice and the steps I should take next to repair my credit. My credit had nothing to do with what I was even in there for so how she was able to fit that into a 15-20 minute window was just the cherry on top. The moral of the story is that Jocelyn was an absolute superstar and it calms me to know I have someone who provides such excellent service at the location I choose to call my branch. I would highly recommend anyone who reads this whom is deciding whether or not to bring there business to this location to ask for Jocelyn Williams her service and the pride she takes in her work is impeccable! ❤️❤️❤️”
