I have a complicated business account that she helped me with trading IPads, Jet Packs, etc and she couldn’t be more helpful! She took all the time we needed and followed thru on everything she said she was going to do, and feel she should be recognized as you don’t find staff like her anymore!! Thank you again Erica and to her manager Ari!! You have a great crew there!! I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs help with their phones, IPads, etc., even the complicated business accounts!!”

He helped me understand the type of phone I was purchasing, how my bill and service fees worked and made the overall experience hassle free and easy. I've been to many Verizon stores and this was easily the smoothest experience I've had. I will only return here from now on”
