I like to say I was beyond pleased with Joe the service advisor. His overall personality was up and beyond. Very reliable service advisor. He gets back to you in a timely manner and a very tentative listener with great advise. I highly recommend him for an advisor. I met for the first time Miguel the Shop Foreman. Very pleasant and great personality. Would make you truly come back to Nissan. Last but least the Mechanic Richard who worked on my Nissan Rougue. This mechanic is a very experience hard worker. Extremely knowledgeable and you would differently feel great after leaving the Nissan Shop when he finishes with your car!”

“I brought my MBE350 in after the check engine light went on. Mark and his dad took my car in and explained about their diagnostic fee. It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me. “This is a very trustworthy shop. I went there after a few other mechanics couldn’t figure out why my car was jerking while accelerating. There was a lot of guessing including transmission issues but nothing concrete. George ran a diagnostic while driving my car and was able to figure out my issue… spark plugs/ tuneup… He also went above and beyond by checking everything to ensure my car was safe in the road…”

“First time on the place, I was impressed on how the staff is friendly and polite you don't see that often. Very fast service, did an oil change (they have all types and brands, I was looking to get high mileage Mobil 1 and they had it), they check everything all fluids and tires air. They put a sticker inside your car so you remember when you need to change your oil again. You also get a free hand wash! Cashier is quick and they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They have a waiting area or you can stick around while they work and ask questions and they answer very professional. I saw a few cars and they move fast as they can do multiple cars at the same time. Price is reasonable you can call and ask before, they are open every day!”
