“Buying a car can be intimidating - or at least exhausting - for those of us who don't do it more often than every 10 or more years. But from the first the team at Steet Ponte Mazda made it easy.
Peter Kuchler, whom I know, greeted me and then introduced me to Shane Gosier to be my sales person. Shane was great, and with a few friendly check-ins from Peter, sorted out my preference for a used CX-5 and came up with a creative solution since they're very much in demand - buying a dealership loaner which was due to be retired from service at about 5,000 miles and available for me to buy within a week.
All went smoothly with the paperwork processed quickly and efficiently. Shane gave me an excellent tutorial on operating the vehicle and has promised a refresher course should I need it.

“Lee-Ann literally SAVED. MY. WEEKEND. Was put in a huge tough spot when my rental car tire became flat. They went 2 hours out of their way to tow my car to a local mechanic shop - at 4 am on a SUNDAY. But Lee-Ann had a better idea and was willing to try and see if they could fix my tire in their shop versus waiting for a mechanic on Monday. Not only were they able to fix my tire, but because of her I was able to make my appointment on time to return my rental!Some of the kindest, genuine, and most honest people I've met in a long time! They have your best interest at their heart and treat you like their friends or family. Their prices were also extremely fair!Not that I'd ever want to have to use a tow company again (because who enjoys dealing with car troubles?) But if I have to it's definitely going to be them.”

“Brought our Accord in for a cv axle issue and the woman that talked with us was polite, professional and quick. She explained the issue we had, the recall that was out for our car etc. They started work in the AM and she called at 345pm same day to say our car was ready for pick up no charge. The recall covered all broken parts and vehicle drove like new after the repair. LeadCar was awesome ? and definitely recommend going to them for help with your Honda.”
“We bought a new Tiguan from them last year. When we got it home, we discovered that the roof rails were dented. We contacted them and they repaired them as good as new. Recently we had the car in at the local dealer and we mentioned that the interior lights weren't working correctly. After a lot of searching, it was discovered that a clip that had been replaced by Steet Ponte was causing a short. It wouldn't be covered by warranty so I had to contact Steet Ponte and try to get $417 from them for the repair. They came through with the full amount without arguing, fighting, or threatening etc. They took the right, honest, professional route. Well done! Will probably buy my next car from them.”

“I went to Carbone Jeep yesterday to test drive a used Jeep Cherokee. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but my salesman (Roberto) spent time and was very patient with me until I found just the right Jeep. He got me the right financing and payment and really paid attention to my wants and needs. The finance manager was excellent - I believe his name is Nate - and didn't try to upsell me on anything (which I found very refreshing!). The manager (Jenny) was wonderful and I drove my new Jeep home the same day. I usually buy a car about every 2 years and I've gone to a few dealerships and this one was very professional and friendly. EVEN when the deal was done. Maybe it was different in '17, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.”
