Unfortunately, the employees seem more concerned about creating a toxic environment filled with unrequested and unwelcomed negative political commentary than about providing decent customer service.

A return is missing and I've been calling non stop for 2 hours with no answer. I get they can get busy but NOTHING IN 2 HOURS!? Absolutely ridiculous!

Aside from UPS's notoriously awful shipping, they don't actually have a notary public, contrary to what their website says.
