“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep !
