Not good service call bank deal with problems, can't get through bank here have to wait long time to talk to someone out of the province only to be told need to go to my bank here,there was a mix-up didn't get my check, went to the bank today they were closed at 3:30 though the bank wasn't supposed to close until 4 pm very poor service in branch in Grandfalls.

WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Tried to transfer a mortgage from another bank, they have had all of the requested information since early July. Some information they even had since May. Then on August 9 nine days after the supposed closing was supposed to happen and me constantly trying to reach my contact, Jayne Hamlyn, who seems to have ghosted me, they tell me they can’t do it! Completely unacceptable! Never any feedback from Jayne! Always us chasing them for information on what’s going on. DON’T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Was with Scotia for 15 years and had many problems with the their services, had many mismanagements by them which costed me money. Compared to RBC who I switched to afterwards, Scotia's customer service and offerings are not on the same level at all.
