They give you time to view and test the sofas and don't rush you with your choice.You are able to place a $50 deposit on an item for them to hold it for 24 hours.The products are good quality and favorably priced and we would highly recommend the store and staff.”

“Had a lovely dining set delivered to my home on Tuesday Jan.30th/24 from the st.john's, Kenmount road location.Only problem I had was once I attached the table legs it was just too heavy to lift to stand it upright so I called Cohen's store manager Adam. He just asked,"what's your address?" Then he & his associate Glen were on my doorstep 15 mins later & quickly rectified the issue. Wow..such fantastic service! I'll definitely be back..???”

“Was served by one of the staff on Saturday dec 16th in the electronics section around 12:40pm and he was from Canada.Amazing guy with genuine intentions of helping rather than selling me something. I was there to buy a mag safe wireless charger because my charging port was giving me issues. He empathized with my situation and went above and beyond by asking me about the issue, cleaning the port of my phone and testing it with his own charger.Amazing fellow, nice to talk to and exceptional customer service. Definitely deserve to be a Manager or should be given a raise.”
