“I usually love my bank but today I went around 10:00 and out of the eight plus people I saw working, only 2 people were actuality at the counter helping customers, and there was a line of customers to the door. They had three people running drive-thru even though there was no one in the Drive-Thru to be helped so they were just sitting around talking. It took one of the customers ahead of me to say something for them to actually get one of them over to help. I understand there being a shortage of employees, but I don't think that was the case, I think this was a lack of effort.”
