At the other 2 shops the estimators took a lot of time, entered info into their computers, printed me a 4-page report, and told me they would replace the bumper. Scott's estimate was completed quickly, and the resulting total cost was half of what the other 2 shops wanted. The other guys just wanted to replace parts; Scott was willing to do the body work.
