“My Honda CR-V was recently involved in an accident, and Mark Fletcher was assigned to evaluate the damage. From our first interaction, Mark was thorough, responsive, and helpful. He gave us early insight into what he expected from the insurance company—specifically, whether the vehicle would likely be repaired or declared a total loss. That guidance was especially helpful because it allowed us to get an early start on shopping for a replacement vehicle.
Ultimately, the CR-V was declared a total loss, so there wasn’t much repair work needed from Mark or the Modern Body Shop team. Even so, Mark remained attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was simply great to work with during an otherwise frustrating situation.
I would highly recommend Mark and would encourage anyone in a similar situation to ask for him.”
