“Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”

“Alison is a very honest person. I dropped my wallet on the corner of her establishment and my wife and I headed down to Daytona and I realized that I lost my wallet when I tried to use an ATM. I was stressed out but was relieved when we arrived to our house four days later and found a note on our door from Alison stating that she found my wallet!All contents were in my wallet. “Walgreens was within 2 mi of my current address in Lewisville, North Carolina. Easy to access large store pharmacy. All the pertinent products available. Only thing they were out of was milk but other than that the cash register person was friendly and a clean store and a clean environment”
