“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“Took a while to be helped, and once I was, the salesman had to keep getting up to check in others! However, when i came into the store, no one came to check me in they were checking us in by the color of the shirts we were wearing they weren't getting all our info....The salesman who helped me though was a really good and helpful one!!!Helping others while helping me!He was very nice and pleasant to talk to! I liked his enthusiasm and energy!!Even with the aggravation of having him get up and down multiple times to check others in, I would still go back and see him!!My problem wasn't fixed, like we thought when i left the store. I had to end up getting another phone, which was a whole other thing!!!”

I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand. “Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”
