“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“Melody was dedicated and definitely on her job! As I walked in, there were 3 customers at the service desk. Two were together. Melody finished business with the guy. She asked me what did I need assistance with. I told her, I was referred by my brother and was told they had some very fast acting chargers. She helped me pick out the right charger, and assured me it was a great product. She has used that same one! We conducted our business and she continued to help the two customers that just purchased phones and service! I definitely recommend this place. Especially when Melody's there!”

“I came to this store very frustrated. Whitney, the store manager, worked with me and gave me outstanding customer service. After she showed me so much empathy for my situation she offered her understanding nature of concern by letting me know that my situation was uniquely similar to hers. She overstood my situation and was the perfect manager to offer me the best customer service I have ever experienced at any metro store. And I have lived in 4 county's: alamance, Guilford, Forsyth, and Mecklenburg, and she was the best! Hands down. Thank you Whitney.”
