“Excellent speeds and connections. Customer service has always been great to work with. I have my own infrastructure for connectivity (wifi/ethernet), so I know the internet service is consistently good.Only times it has gone down is when there are other power issues in our rural area. I suspect they have some node nearby that is affected by outages. Within 15 minutes of power being restored, I am back online.Expect a lot of waiting for fiber lines to be buried but I suspect this is not really in their control (third-party contractors).Highly recommend their fiber service if its available for your location!”
